Hate speech coming from a pulpit is still hate speech.

When ever you hear some one deride what someone calls hate speech and think that it is appropriate because of the first amendment, I want to read what it is that they are calling hate speech and replace all instances of words referencing the group(s) they are hating against with the words LDS or Mormon, And then ask yourself do you still think its ok.

The article referenced in this post had nothing to do with the LDS church, or my own personal beliefs. We’re all hypocrites to one degree or another…right?

Speak for yourself Craig. By the way if the article had nothing to do with your personal beliefs or the LDS church, then why did you post the article at the same time Elder Dallin Oaks talk touching upon the same subject gained so much publicity?

@ Ali, expressing belief in behavior that one believes to be bad is not hate speech.
