He is a wonderful person. Utah should be very proud to have him serve us. I am excited that we have someone who is such a outstanding person willing to volunteer to serve during a difficult time. He is one of the smartest and humble person I know. He is a gentle giant who will command support. Govenor Herbert knows how to pick them. I have a ton of respect for his judgement. Maybe Lockhart could move up, or another Utah County Representative could move into leadership. After being very strong in the recent past, the House and Senate leadership have no one from Utah County except Lockhart as Majority Assistant Whip right now. And, as everyone knows, the sun, moon and the stars revolve around Utah County! ;-) It would be nice to see some Utah County folks move up in the House Leadership.
