Following the dinner break (6-7 pm), legislators get back to work for the “long haul.”  Legislators will work until the stroke of twelve.

    I understand there was a bit of controversy surrounding how the legislature handled the animal abuse bill. I haven’t heard any specifics, but a lot of accusations about legislator attitude toward the bill. Did you notice anything that would make the local media outlets upset by the way this bill was handled?
