The proposal for a Utah Fourth House Congressional seat in Washington DC is still alive.  The bill addressing the Fourth seat for Utah and a new full-voting seat for the District of Columbia was filed Tuesday by Tom Davis (R-VA) in hopes to get the proposal to the floor early in this term’s Democrat controlled House.  Click HERE for local print news story.
