Day 44 (Halloween).  Elliptical Trainer: 40:56 minutes, 4.0 miles, 655 calories.  460 crunches.  Weight: 187.8 pounds.  Why was the little Egyptian boy so confused? Because he thought his daddy was a mummy. BOO!
