The Leadership of the House Conservative Caucus has submitted a plan for addressing the critical and continuing transportation needs of our rapidly growing state.  Our transportation needs will not go away if we ignore them.  As the Vice-Chair of the House Conservative Caucus (and co-founder), I have placed my stamp of approval on this plan along with Rep.
